Five Main Requirements

1. Service is limited to within about 1 hour travel distance of our shop in Gordonville, PA.
2. Installer-level monitoring access (if applicable) must be granted to [email protected] before the first site visit. The client is responsible for providing access.
3. The client agrees to provide photos and details of main equipment in advance.
4. Any parts supplied or obtained by the client must be on location and ready to use. There is no warranty on client-supplied parts.
5. Prompt payment. Jobs with an estimated total above $3,000 require a 30% deposit (minimum $2,000). Technician time is $200/hour; travel and on-site time are billable.

Considerations

• Any pre-existing workmanship warranties are usually null and void upon modification.
• Modifications may affect any lease or PPA agreement.
• No Belmont Solar part warranties are in place unless it is a completely new system.
• Systems owned by a third party require written permission from the system owner before Belmont Solar can service the system.
